SERAM allows users to add files when entering indicator values.

The files are treated just like the indicator value; they are properly kept in the indicator history. And for convenience you can even get a list of all files related to a computed value.

Also, for efficiency, files are deduplicated when uploaded, so if a specific file is attached to many indicator values in the system, the file will only be uploaded and stored once.
