The FRHI group is looking into consolidating their IT infrastructure over all the three hotel brands they manage.

In an internal evaluation of the existing HSE/CSR solutions being used at the different brands, they have decided to start using SERAM (which had been in use by Swissôtel) for the whole group.

Sirius Techologies AG and q-visio AG have worked together to successfully migrate the Swissôtel SERAM and all data of the competing solution to the new FRHI SERAM, including support of Single-Sign-On and a migration of users, permissions, structures (hotels) and historical data. The three major luxury hotel brands Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel now use SERAM for their HSE/CSR data collection and reporting.
